Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and creative Senior Manager of Partnerships to lead our podcast and newsletter partnership strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing partnerships that maximize audience reach and brand presence through key podcast and newsletter channels. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship building, and strong executional skills to ensure partnerships align with VitalizePath' mission and drive customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing media partnerships and executing campaigns across podcast and newsletter platforms. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and external partners to amplify VitalizePath' presence and drive revenue growth. This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the podcast and newsletter partnership strategy to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage key podcast and newsletter partnerships to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align partnership content with VitalizePath’ messaging and goals.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including podcast hosts, producers, and newsletter editors.
- Track and report on key performance metrics such as audience reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI for partnership campaigns.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of partnerships with VitalizePath ' overall marketing efforts.
- Stay on top of emerging trends and best practices in podcast and newsletter marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in partnership management, media buying, or business development, with a focus on podcasts and newsletters.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain successful partnerships with media outlets, content creators, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with external partners.

Position Summary:
VitalizePath is looking for a Director of Growth to lead retention marketing for the business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain and nurture our existing customer base, ultimately driving revenue growth and customer lifetime value. This position reports to the VP of Marketing, and supports VitalizePath ’ mission of democratizing high performance by educating our customers and helping them find the right supplements at the right time to optimize their life.We are looking for someone who has experience operating as a player-coach (i.e., a leader who also rolls up their sleeves and contributes to get things done). This person should be highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. We also want someone focused on the customer - understanding and anticipating customer needs in order to create a digital experience that is forward thinking vs. reactive. The ideal candidate has led retention marketing before, ideally at a fast growing start-up.Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Position Summary:
VitalizePath is seeking an experienced Director of Amazon Growth to lead our Amazon business. This role reports to the Co-Founder and President. The ideal candidate has a robust background in Amazon platform management and proven experience driving growth in the Amazon sales channel for an omnichannel brand.
In partnership with the Director of Ecommerce, the Director of Amazon Growth will be pivotal in shaping our ecommerce channel strategy and be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our Amazon business. This seasoned ecommerce leader will create and implement our Amazon Marketplace strategy and ensure operational excellence across the channel. They will develop a strategic plan to drive profitable revenue growth and scale our paid marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Amazon Operations:
- Define and implement the company's strategic vision for Amazon and execute a strategy that aligns with overall company goals to deliver business growth across the channel
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Amazon sales channel, ensuring smooth execution of marketing, sales, and logistics activities
- Improve operations of our Amazon business to ensure efficiency and an exceptional customer experience

Position Summary:The VP of Supply Chain is responsible for the vision, strategy and end-to-end execution of Supply Chain. This position oversees procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, demand planning, fulfillment and logistics. This function is highly cross-functional in nature and will work across the whole organization.
